These service terms explain how initial inquiries, formal sourcing work, supplier responsibility, inspection limits and logistics coordination should be understood.
Formal sourcing work
Formal sourcing, factory visits, quotation comparison, QC coordination or project management should begin only after the service scope, responsibilities and commercial terms are clarified.
Supplier responsibility
Factories and suppliers remain responsible for their own products, quotations, warranties, production commitments and compliance obligations unless otherwise agreed in a written project arrangement.
Inspection limits
QC or inspection coordination is limited to the agreed inspection scope. It does not replace product certification, laboratory testing, legal compliance review or buyer-side final acceptance.
Logistics and customs
Where logistics or customs coordination is included in the agreed scope, services may be arranged through third-party carriers, freight forwarders or customs agents. Duties, taxes, inspections, storage charges, import permits, destination-country compliance and government decisions remain subject to local rules and the agreed quotation. Unless expressly confirmed in writing, Avenbridge does not guarantee customs clearance, fixed duties or taxes, or delivery dates.
