Getting Started
How does your sourcing service work?
We review your request, clarify what support is needed, then agree on the scope before formal sourcing, factory visit, QC or execution work begins.
What information should I prepare before contacting you?
Share the product, category, quantity, destination, timeline and any supplier, quotation or reference details you already have. A complete brief is not required for first contact.
What product categories do you support?
We support sourcing across furniture, building materials, fitness equipment, hotel and restaurant equipment, machinery, OEM/custom products and other manufacturing categories.
Already Have a Supplier
Can I use your service if I already have a supplier?
Yes. We can review the supplier, compare quotations, arrange factory visits, follow production or coordinate QC without restarting the sourcing process.
Can you review or compare supplier quotations?
Yes. We compare the details behind the quote, including materials, specifications, MOQ, packaging, lead time, payment terms and quality assumptions.
Factory Visits & Trade Shows
Can you arrange factory visits?
Yes. Once the supplier targets, location, timing and visit purpose are reasonably clear, we can help coordinate factory visits and China-side follow-up.
Can you support Canton Fair or China trade show visits?
Yes. We can help prepare supplier questions, support meeting follow-up and plan factory visits around the trip.
Production / QC / Consolidation
Can you follow production after an order is placed?
Yes. We can help keep communication moving, follow production progress and coordinate issues within the agreed service scope.
Can you coordinate quality control (QC)?
Yes. QC support can be coordinated based on the product, timing and agreed inspection scope.
Can you consolidate products from multiple suppliers?
Yes. We can help coordinate consolidation in China, depending on supplier locations, shipment size and handling requirements.
Can you help coordinate shipping?
Yes. We can help coordinate China-side pickup, consolidation, international freight and shipment arrangements through suitable logistics partners.
Commercial Terms & Service Scope
Can you help with customs clearance and destination-country requirements?
We can coordinate customs clearance through suitable logistics or customs partners where available. Duties, taxes and import requirements depend on the destination and product and are confirmed case by case. Avenbridge does not guarantee regulatory approval or fixed tax outcomes.
How do your fees work?
Commercial terms depend on the project scope, service requirements and execution involved. We clarify the working scope and commercial terms before formal work begins.
Do I need to pay before sending an inquiry?
No. Sending an initial sourcing request does not commit you to a paid service. We first review the project and clarify the proposed scope and commercial terms before formal work begins.
Do you guarantee supplier performance, product quality or delivery dates?
No. We help reduce risk through screening, comparison, follow-up and coordination, but suppliers remain responsible for their own products, commitments and delivery performance.
